Dr. Randie O’Neil, LCADC, LPC

Healing Through Sound, Science & Somatic Therapy: I’m both a musician and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and LPC, and my heart is in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, addiction, and the pressure to figure themselves out in a loud, demanding world—especially within music, performance, and creative spaces. Music has always been a place of connection and expression for me, and that same sense of understanding and safety is what I aim to bring into the therapy room. My goal is to support clients in building confidence, healing emotional pain, and moving toward recovery in a way that feels empowering and real. I specialize in Brainspotting, a gentle yet powerful, body-based therapy that helps release emotional blocks and stored trauma. For adults and couples, this can be especially helpful when words are hard to find. Brainspotting supports emotional regulation, focus, and self-awareness, and is particularly effective for anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and trauma. Whether you’re feeling trapped in negative thinking, carrying self-doubt or guilt, struggling with substances, or just wanting to feel more like yourself again, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can be a space to feel seen, heard, and supported as you grow into who you’re meant to be. Believe it or not, working somatically on childhood can open the window for possibilties of greater success, joy, love and abundance in your life. My work is based on neuroscience, with the premise that the brain is wired for joy.
